The idea is to let customers join a queue through a simple online form and receive updates via SMS — no apps, no complicated logins.<p>qApp will support two queue modes:<p>Normal queue: first-come, first-served.<p>Reservation queue: customers choose from available time slots.<p>Each business will also have:<p>A simple dashboard for managing queues and customers.<p>A pay-as-you-go model for service usage.<p>Authentication and session control built-in.<p>Goal:
